McCormack Industries & Digga Australia Welcomes Yeomans Plow Co to the Family

Digga Australia is proud to announce the acquisition of Yeomans Plows, one of Australia’s most respected agricultural equipment brands, further strengthening its commitment to Australian manufacturing and its expansion into the agricultural sector.



As part of the acquisition, Yeomans Plows products will be manufactured and sold by McCormack Industries (A trading entity of Digga Australia) at its Aubigny facility on Queensland’s Darling Downs, ensuring the continuation of local production and the preservation of the brand’s 75 year heritage

Yeomans Plows is widely recognised for its industry-leading soil management and land regeneration equipment, with a proud history of innovation and performance in Australian agriculture. The brand’s values and philosophy closely align with those of Digga Australia and McCormack Industries — all three being family-owned Australian manufacturers with industry leading  products and generations of industry experience.

Digga Australia Group CEO Zoe Conde said the acquisition was a natural fit.

The acquisition complements the existing McCormack Industries product range and builds on Digga’s strategy of aligning with brands that share common values of quality, durability and Australian manufacturing.

Yeomans Plows will be a product group under the McCormack Industries trading entity, with customers and dealers supported by the manufacturing capability and national reach of McCormack Industries and the wider Digga Australia Group.
